A rope's purpose is to connect two things together. In a time where modern technology increasingly separates us, this class will teach you and your partner to use one of the world's oldest pieces of technology to connect with each other.
Bedroom Rope is a class for everyone, from rope-neophytes tired of only tying hands to headboards to riggers so focused on mastery that their bottoms moan that they are little more than mannequins.
The basis of the class is a handful of techniques and patterns that are great for bedroom play yet are rarely taught because they're unsuitable for shibari suspension. While most rope classes are boring for bottoms due to a focus on technique and repetition, this one is the exception. With a heavy emphasis on creating sensations and engaging partners as they're being tied, bottoms--and not the rope--are the focus of this class. Tops will learn to use any piece of rope to take control, center on their partners and conjure their inner incubus, while bottoms will get to shut out intrusive thoughts, focus on the moment and fully inhabit their bodies. After this class, both partners will get to use rope for its true purpose: to connect.
