Job Overview:

Secrets Hideaway Resort is seeking a professional, reliable, and knowledgeable Dungeon Attendant to oversee and maintain our BDSM play space during themed events and private sessions. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the lifestyle, a strong sense of discretion, and an understanding of safe, sane, and consensual play. Applicants must be attentive to detail, guest safety, and equipment integrity while representing the resort with the utmost professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor dungeon activities during scheduled hours, ensuring guest safety and rule adherence.
• Provide guests with basic orientations on equipment use and dungeon rules.
• Set up, sanitize, and break down equipment before and after events.
• Conduct regular inspections of toys, furniture, and restraints to ensure they are clean and safe.
• Intervene when play appears unsafe, non-consensual, or against resort policy.
• Maintain a respectful, judgment-free, and discreet atmosphere for all guests.
• Collaborate with the Entertainment and Events teams for themed events.
• Stay updated on current BDSM practices and protocols.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with BDSM culture and practices is required.
• Prior experience in dungeon monitoring, BDSM education, or event support is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-energy environments.
• Willingness to work late evenings, weekends, and during themed events.
• Must be comfortable in alternative lifestyle environments and maintain the highest level of discretion.
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs and perform light cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
