About Us:

We are a premier, upscale lifestyle (swingers) resort located in sunny Florida, offering an all-inclusive, adults-only experience that blends luxury, freedom, and fun. Our resort features themed events, entertainment, and a full-service food and beverage program designed to exceed the expectations of our adventurous clientele.

We're currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our team and oversee daily kitchen operations with professionalism, discretion, and flair.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all kitchen operations, including food prep, line management, sanitation, and inventory.
• Lead, train, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service during regular service and special events.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Develop menus in collaboration with the Executive Team, taking into account guest preferences, seasonal ingredients, and event themes.
• Maintain food cost controls, manage inventory, and coordinate vendor orders.
• Work closely with front-of-house staff to deliver a seamless dining experience in a unique, open-minded environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years culinary experience in a high-volume kitchen (resort or hospitality preferred).
• At least 2 years of managerial experience leading a kitchen team.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable and professional in an adult-oriented, sex-positive environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
